I know content has been a little slim over here but we've been BUSY!! We got back from a trip up North this weekend where we had SO much fun!! Got to see some of my most fave people and got to meet my precious new niece!!
On a bittersweet note, we ended up sending both of Freyja's puppies to their new homes! It was sad to see the little fluff balls go home but I'm also grateful not have to clean up puppy piddle every five seconds either. Ha.
And mama pup Freyja is doing surprisingly great since her pups left the nest.
While we were there we stayed with Daniel's sister Holly and her husband and their brand new baby (well 3.5 month old) Lilly!! It was so fun getting to snuggle her. Made my baby fever go crazy!
Jack loved her too. It was so cute seeing him interact with her. Sadly we didn't get any decent pics of the two of them together!
The first night we were there we went to a farm/pumpkin patch. Jack had a blast! It was so pretty up there. The leaves had actually changed colors. (Unlike the So. Ut. Scene).
Saturday we got to hang out with another group of my most fave people in the world; my big sister Kelly, her hubby and their two boys, the cutest nephews ever!! We took them to the aquarium and the boys had way too much fun.

Jack loves sea life and anything to do with sharks, snakes, big fish, etc. It was really cute to see him get to hang out with his older cousins.
Saturday night we ended up going to an event called witches night out at Gardner Village. It was really cool to see everyone dressed up as witches. I wish I would've thought ahead and prepared to dress up like a witch myself. It was really cute to see baby Lilly all dressed up. :) They had tons of really cool shops and fun things for the kids to check out.
We drove home Sunday. It was so nice to get back home even though we had a blast.
Since then we've had a busy week of cleaning, holiday prep, etc.
Oh! And I guess the news is finally out, so I can share here on my blog too, but my little bro and his wife are expecting their first baby!!! We are so happy for them and Jack can't wait to have a new cousin!
Hope you all are ready for Halloween, folks! It's only one day away! Eeep! I still don't know what I am going to be. HA!
