The Gender Announcement!!

So after how clever I wanted to be when we finally announced the gender of our baby, honestly it was just way easier to put a simple status update and text the majority of our family. We did call our moms though :D

And what did we tell them??

We told them that we are having a baby BOY!!!!!

I'm beyond excited! I just know this little man is meant to be mine, ours. And it means so much to be to get to be his mom! Now comes the fun stuff like buying clothes and toys and nursery bedding and oh so much more! Plus, now we get to really start taking a look at names too! Although, we pretty much have our choice narrowed down 90 percent to one name. We are planning on waiting to announce it though. Mostly because you never know if you will change your mind later on or when baby gets here, maybe he looks nothing like you expected a baby of that name to look. LOL.

It was tough for the ultrasound tech to get a good shot of him at all because he was such a wiggle worm the entire time. Plus he was breech, so his little tush was up the entire time, but she did say that he was flashing his "junk" at her the entire time and she said that had we known what we were looking for, we would have easily been able to tell. LOL. Too funny! He kept sucking his thumb too. It was so adorable! Everything else looked great too. His heart has all four chambers, he is measuring right on schedule and all of my worst fears were put to rest. We do have a follow up with the doctor tomorrow too to go over the results, so hopefully he will agree that everything looks great.
