It's that time again. Yes, the eagerly anticipated (I'm sure ;)) bi-weekly bump update! I did these every week when I was pregnant with Jack, but this time around I don't have as much time to blog as I used to and I also don't feel like pregnancy changes all that much within a week, but in a couple weeks' time, more tends to happen.
Either way, here we are again. :)
So let's get to it!
I'm a few days late, so I'm well into the 21st week of pregnancy, but so far, this has been one of the more difficult, symptom wise.
How far along? 21 weeks
Total weight gain: +8
Maternity clothes? Just stretchy stuff from my closet.
Stretch marks? No new ones, still.
Sleep: It's getting better. But still having the occasional night of insomnia.
Best moment this week: Hearing Jack talk about how excited he is to be a big brother. <3
Miss Anything? Being able to eat whatever without getting heartburn. :/
Movement: Tons of kicks and wiggles. I can feel kicks from the outside now too. But she's been shy every time Jack or Daniel tries to feel. Grandma (my mom) got a little kick hello though!
Food cravings: Nothing new. I had a weird hankering for pancakes today though. But I am going to blame that on the Ihop commercial I saw. lol.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Heartburn man. Ugh.
Gender: GIRL
Labor Signs: Nope
Symptoms: So much nesting! Which is convenient since we're getting ready to move. I've been a cleaning machine! GIVE ME ALL THE PROJECTS! Also, that heartburn. Lots of peeing. Some moody moments too. Just lots of emotional stuff going on right now.
Belly Button in or out? Still in
Wedding rings on or off? on
Happy or Moody most of the time: Really depends on the day. Some days are better than others. I don't think this cold weather turned cabin fever is helping though.
Looking forward to: Getting our house finally listed on the MLS! (should be there by Friday or early next week at the latest!)
Things are kind of crazy for us right now trying to get our house staged and ready to list and ready for showings along with Daniel officially starting work at his new job next week. I am trying to just keep going one day at a time though so I don't get too overwhelmed. So far so good! We'll just keep plugging along.
At least I get to hang out with this cutie every day. He makes it all worth it. :)
