Melon Days 2015

If you are one of my many friends and/or family members from my hometown or have been there, chances are you know the fun and excitement that is the annual Melon Days weekend celebration.

There's a parade and candy and games and booths and LOTS of watermelon.

Jack has been before, but I don't think he really remembered it. Plus, this year my sweet nephews/Jack's cousins were there and he had a blast!!

It was also my 10-year class reunion. Cuz I'm gettin' olds, it was a pretty surreal experience. I don't get to see many of my former classmates very much now, but I've known almost all of them since preschool. It was fun to catch up!

Going home is always so relaxing. Id never want to move back. (Too small!) but I love to visit and hang with my family.

It was tough to come back home and get into the swing of things again, but we made some great memories with family and friends!
