Fall To-Do's

Editor's note: The sources for all of the below pics (unless they are my own personal photo) can be found on my Pinterest Holiday board! Check it out!

I heart Fall. I heart it so freaking much. And because I love this season so much, I have a bunch of things I want to do to make new fall memories with my cute little family...

1. Go Leaf Hunting.

We found this one the other day while out and about. Jack loved it so much he held on even after he fell asleep in the car seat.

2. Decorate my house with some Autumn Decor.

Pinterest is the land of all that is when it comes to home decor. I want to get creative this year. I normally don't decorate. Like, at all. But I'm always so jealous when I see others cutesy up their home for holidays and seasons. Here are a few of my pinspirations.

3. Go on evening walks. It's finally cooling off! But the days are still on the longer side. I need to take advantage.

4. Wear lots of scarves, plaid flannel and find new boots! Fall fashion is about 50 percent why I love this season. I love the colors and the layers and the warmth while staying cool! It's my favorite.

5. Visit a pumpkin patch!

We have gone every year since Jack was a wee babe and I love it!

6. Read scary books.

My bro got me these for my bday and I have been waiting to read them closer to Halloween because I'm a little bit cliche like that. ;) And my friend got the new Harper Lee for me, so that one is my next cozy fall read.

7. Do Fall-related arts and crafts.

Again, there are so many fun things to do for Fall. I found this cute one on an Instagram account I follow.

And of course, Pinterest has tons of fun ideas.

8. Drink a lot of coffee. I don't know why, but Fall always makes me want to consume copious amounts of caffeine in hot beverage form. My favorite Fall coffees are White Chocolate Mocha and Salted Caramel. (Confession...I don't like pumpkin spice anything....*runs and hides*)

9. Take a trip up the mountains to see the Fall leaves.

This is another thing we try and do every year (stems from the time of year Daniel and I first began dating. Awww. <3)

10. Make yummy fall goodies like this one. Because even though my waistline may not appreciate it, my hubby and toddler sure will! ;)

What fun traditions do you do with your family and friends this time of year? I know not everyone's favorite season is fall, but based on what I see on social media, it's likely the most favorite for a lot of people! Chime in below! I am always looking for fun new things to do with my family.

Happy (almost!) Autumn everyone!!
