Happy Easter!!

Hey blog readers! How was your weekend? Judging by the pics I'm seeing on Facebook/Instagram lots of you had pretty awesome days filled with lots of food and candy, which sounds like ours :)

We aren't religious at all, so we focused on the quality commercialism brought to you by an excess of eggs and candy ;) 

Jack had about five Easter egg hunts. He loved it more than I could imagine. During the last one I kept just stealing eggs out of his basket and hiding them again. Fun for all! Lol. 

Saturday we did a BBQ with my grandpa, brother and sister in law and dyed about three dozen eggs. (More for Jack to find! Lol) 

And Freyja made friends with her puppy cousin Maddie :) 

Sunday we traveled for lunch with some cousins in a city about an hour away. That was really fun and Jack got a chance to see his second cousin who's about two months younger than him, but the same size. Lol. 

Jack and Acyx would have played all day outside today if it hadn't been so crazy windy!! 

Right now I write to you all on my phone, in the dark, trying to get my toddler - who took an obscenely late nap - to go to sleep. I'm exhausted. In the best way possible. :)
