If you are not from my hometown of Green River, you probably won't fully grasp the nostalgia that I have with the town's annual Melon Days event. It's more than just a park festival. It's a time when (most) of my siblings are usually able to come home, other family members and friends come and we eat a lot of food (watermelon is on the menu obvs) and hang out and enjoy each other for a few days.
This year was Luna's first Melon Days, so my sister in law Courtney made her and her baby girl Tylie matching tutus and onesies and bows to wear. It was pretty much the cutest thing ever. And she made a shirt for Jack too. He had such a blast hanging out with his buddy Cooper at the parade and the park.
My cousin Tressa came with her husband and their brand new baby boy Haziq. It was fun getting to snuggle a squishy newborn again!
Luna enjoyed lots of cuddles from everyone. :) and kisses from cousin Tylie! :P and Jack had a blast with his friend Noelani. <3
These outfits tho. The girls were soooo adorable.
The days went by far too quickly but we had such a great time visiting with everyone and watching the kids have a blast.
