Weekend Recap!

Hey readers! How was your weekend(s)? 

Mine went something like this. 

I blinked and it was over. Although we had a great time, since we started doing this whole long-distance thing, I've never had a weekend go by quite so quickly. 

The highlight of the weekend was definitely getting to meet my new baby niece Tylie Victoria! It made me so excited to meet my own little baby girl in just a few weeks. Eeep! 

Tylie is a dream baby. So sweet and squishy and cuddly. Jack loved getting to see her and was enamored with her from the get go. He said, "I just wuv her wittle nose!" 

It was so cute. <3 

Tylie got a fair amount of kicks to the bum from her younger cousin while I'll held her on my non-existent lap. Lol

Aside from our little trip over the mountain to see my brother and his wife and Miss Tylie, we mostly just hung out. Jack came home and took a 2.5 hour nap with his dad. It was so rainy! Made for a good sleepy day I guess. 

Yesterday was productive. I cleaned and got to go grocery shopping by myself. That was a nice treat. Ha. Although I have to say it's incredible at how quickly I tire now just by grocery shopping! 

Granted I was having quite a few contractions while I was there so that didn't really help. It feels good to know that my body is practicing and getting ready for what to expect in the next couple weeks.
