Life Lately...

I know, it's been quiet around here lately. We've been so busy doing too much of not a lot. I post a lot to Instagram and Facebook and didn't have too much blog worthy as of late. Except the recent visit from my adorable nephews. We got some great pics of the kids with my real camera and I haven't had time to post them yet.

In the meantime, I did want to share a few things with all of you.

We got a pool.

Jack is tall and skinny: 22 lbs and 32 inches at his one-year well check, which happened just days shy of him turning 14 months. #momfail.

We love going to the park and to the splash pad. That's our summertime spot seems like.

Daniel treated me with a day shopping and lunch trip in Vegas on Mother's Day. So fun!!

Jack is learning to self-feed with a spoon. It's good times. It's messy times.

14 months is a great age aside from all the teething. But one nap a day has been really nice.

Still loves his monkey <3

I love all of the adorable chatter. Chasing a toddler around Target just to have him result in a tantrum in the check out is NOT awesome, but for the most part, things are going really well around here.
