Holiday Fun!

This past week was so fun and so tiring at the same time. 

Thanksgiving was fun and absolutely delicious (thanks, mom!)

I had to work both on Thanksgiving and I also had to cover Black Friday for the paper. Seeing all that chaos and shoppers going nuts over the best deals, definitely not my cup of tea.

It was cute though when I got home from work and saw this: 

Speaking of shopping holidays , Happy Cyber Monday! Online is where it's at, yo. 

But back to our fun weekend, we had a visit from some extended family and Jack got to once again see his super cute second cousin Acyx!

Then, my older brother Rusty spent the night at our house Friday while my parents stayed at my grandpa's house. 

He and Jack got some fun cuddle time in Saturday morning. 

Rusty and I then went and watched the new Hunger Games: Catching Fire movie on Saturday night. It was amazzzazzing!!!

Meanwhile Jack hung out with grandma :) 

We all had such a good time and I miss them already! But I have lots of fun stuff coming this week. My baby sister is celebrating her 21st birthday today! She's actually on her way to my house right now (from Colorado) and we are going to meet up with our older sister Wednesday in Las Vegas to continue the celebration further with an overnight trip. 

I'm excited but so nervous! This will be my first time way from Jack for more than  eight hours! Eep! Wish me luck! And stay tuned for pictures and a recap of that adventure :)
